To securely make online payments, please use one of the following methods:

Make Payments – using your personal checking account (Fees: 95 cents), debit card, or cash card (Fees: $3.95 < $1.000, $4.95 $1,000 – $2,000, $9.95 > $2,000).

WIPS (Fees: $3.99) – The WIPS feature enables a resident to make a rent payment in cash at participating third-party retail locations such as convenience stores. To find an approved location in your neighborhood, just click on the WIPS link and enter your zip code.

Dropbox – located at 95 Cole Street, Marietta, GA 30060 is still available.

If you have not registered, then use the “Click here to register” link to create your Rent Café account to begin using the Rent Payment option. If you have previously registered, and you established an account with another community/PHA using Rent Café you must use your existing account to apply.
